L3 Intune Support Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Intune, including mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex Intune issues, including enrollment failures, application deployment problems, compliance violations, and security concerns.

- Analyze log files and other data to identify root causes of issues and develop effective resolution strategies.

- Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure their Intune deployments meet security and compliance requirements.

- Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles for internal use and client reference.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Intune features, functionalities, and security updates.

- Proactively monitor Intune environments and identify potential issues before they impact users.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft support teams for advanced issue escalation.

Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions, preferably Microsoft Intune.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune architecture, functionalities, and administration tools.

- Strong understanding of mobile device security concepts and best practices (MDM/MAM).

- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues related to device enrollment, app deployment, compliance policies, and conditional access.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.

- Certifications : Microsoft Intune Certified Support Specialist (MDM) or equivalent experience highly desirable.
