Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Telecalling to supervise and guide our telecalling team. The role involves overseeing daily calling operations, training telecallers, ensuring target achievement, and driving overall team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Manage and lead the telecalling team to achieve set targets (calls, conversions, leads, etc.).
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance through KPIs; provide feedback and coaching.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales goals.
  • Training & Development: Train new telecallers on scripts, systems, product knowledge, and soft skills.
  • Script & Process Optimization: Review and enhance calling scripts and procedures for better customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Maintain call reports, track lead conversions, and share performance updates with senior management.
  • Customer Interaction (if required): Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth lead flow and follow-up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
