We are looking for passionate Finance professionals with business acumen and analytical mindset for a leadership role in Corporate Reporting & Controllership function , which is responsible for maintaining overall balance sheet of the Group, ensuring governance while providing comprehensive picture of the Group's performance to the external world.


Designation : Associate General Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Vedanta Financials in accordance with IndAS/IFRS including consolidation activities. Ensure ICFR compliance for Corporate and oversight on ICFR for Group.
  • Prepare Accounting and Reporting implications (including preparation of technical memos) for various strategic transactions such as M&A, Demerger, impairment assessment etc.
  • Engage closely with BUs on accounting matters and provide support including assessment of financial impact and disclosures related to ESG initiatives at Group level.
  • Ensure monthly accounting and book closure of foreign investment Companies of the Group (including finalization of annual financial statements and all external compliances)
  • Collaborate with external and internal auditors to facilitate audit processes.
  • Drive digitalization & automation initiatives, benchmark with global best practices to improve efficiency, & enhance data accuracy.


Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10-14 years’ experience in technical accounting and ability to extract insights from financials to support decision making. A leader with demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes, business partnering and developing team will be preferred.
