Role: Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with company objectives. This role requires a blend of business, technology, and people skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch products that meet customer and business needs.
- Translate product requirements into detailed specifications and ensure alignment across teams.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and updates based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to post-launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful product performance.
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product performance and guide future improvements.
- Serve as the product advocate, communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into product strategies and requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in product management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha)
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
