Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer specializing in computer vision technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying computer vision models, with an additional understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for leading technical efforts on cutting-edge computer vision tasks and ensuring the seamless integration of AI models into real-world applications. This role also requires expertise in handling complex AI workflows and an ability to bridge between vision and language models.Location: Kochi, India (Office-based)Key ResponsibilitiesComputer Vision Model Development - Build, train, and deploy advanced computer vision models such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), YOLO, Faster R-CNN, and ResNet for tasks including object detection, image classification, segmentation, and tracking.

Algorithm Optimization - Implement techniques such as Transfer Learning, Data Augmentation, and model pruning to optimize performance for large-scale datasets.

Research and Innovation - Conduct research on the latest advancements in computer vision, such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Capsule Networks, and Reinforcement Learning, and apply them to develop next-gen solutions.

Cloud Integration - Implement AI models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI, Azure ML) for scalable deployment, ensuring the optimal performance of models in production environments.

LLM Integration - Collaborate with data scientists to integrate LLMs (e.G., GPT, BERT) with computer vision models to enhance multimodal AI capabilities.

Model Deployment and Scaling - Utilize tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment, version control, and scaling of AI models.

Collaboration and Oversight -Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical oversight on AI/ML projects, and ensuring best practices are followed in model development, evaluation, and deployment.Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:3+ years in AI/ML with a focus on Computer Vision.
