Lead AI Engineer

Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems.
? Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into existing applications.
? Build AI-powered tools, platforms, and applications.
? Research and implement machine learning algorithms for classification, prediction, recommendation, and natural language processing (NLP).
? Monitor model performance and perform necessary tuning and updates.
? Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for AI algorithms.
? Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.
? Conduct data preprocessing, and feature engineering, and ensure data quality for AI applications.
? Troubleshoot AI-related issues and improve model accuracy.
? Communicate with external partners, customers, and product owners and ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
? Build and deliver proof of concept demonstrations within the Bridge sales process

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:
? Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role.
? Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering, neural networks, decision trees).
? Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
? Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used for AI development.
? Familiarity with data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
? Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
? Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions in production.
