
Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to align business development strategies and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients and partners.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects, track progress using CRM software, and report on business development metrics.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to represent the company and expand its reach.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Proven track record (3-7 years) in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT industry.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
