Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to manage end-to-end recruitment for
Real Estate Sales and Non-IT roles
. The ideal candidate will have experience in
bulk hiring, cold calling, and sourcing candidates
across diverse functions such as sales, project management, architecture, and support roles. Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunity are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for roles including
    Sales Executives, Telecallers, Project Managers, Architects, and Back-office staff
  • Execute
    bulk and targeted hiring drives
    for both field and office-based roles
  • Source candidates through
    job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, and social platforms
  • Conduct
    screenings
    to assess communication, role fit, and attitude
  • Collaborate with
    hiring managers and department heads
    to define requirements and priorities
  • Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure
    timely closures
  • Maintain
    accurate recruitment trackers
    and dashboards
  • Build and nurture a
    strong talent pipeline
    for current and future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (
    HR, Business, or Marketing preferred
    )
  • 1–4 years of experience
    in real estate, BPO, or non-IT bulk hiring
  • Proven track record in
    cold calling, mass sourcing, and bulk recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of
    sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage
    high-volume hiring under tight deadlines
  • Experience hiring for roles such as:
  • Sales Executives / Property Advisors
  • Telecallers / CRM Executives
  • Project Managers / Site Engineers / Field Staff
  • Architects / Design Coordinators
  • Back-office & Non-IT Support Roles
