Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to manage end-to-end recruitment for
Real Estate Sales and Non-IT roles
. The ideal candidate will have experience in
bulk hiring, cold calling, and sourcing candidates
across diverse functions such as sales, project management, architecture, and support roles. Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunity are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for roles including
Sales Executives, Telecallers, Project Managers, Architects, and Back-office staff - Execute
bulk and targeted hiring drives
for both field and office-based roles - Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, and social platforms - Conduct
screenings
to assess communication, role fit, and attitude - Collaborate with
hiring managers and department heads
to define requirements and priorities - Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure
timely closures - Maintain
accurate recruitment trackers
and dashboards - Build and nurture a
strong talent pipeline
for current and future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (
HR, Business, or Marketing preferred
) - 1–4 years of experience
in real estate, BPO, or non-IT bulk hiring - Proven track record in
cold calling, mass sourcing, and bulk recruitment - Strong knowledge of
sourcing strategies and recruitment tools - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage
high-volume hiring under tight deadlines - Experience hiring for roles such as:
- Sales Executives / Property Advisors
- Telecallers / CRM Executives
- Project Managers / Site Engineers / Field Staff
- Architects / Design Coordinators
- Back-office & Non-IT Support Roles
