Location: Sector-136, Noida

Experience: 34 years | Education: Bachelors/Masters in CS/IT (or related field)

Join us as a Technical Customer Associate and work with global clients (US/UK) to deliver world-class support.

What Youll Do

  • Troubleshoot application, network & IoT issues over calls/emails.
  • Manage incidents & requests using tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA.
  • Communicate solutions clearly & effectively to customers.
  • Support SaaS-based environments & cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, Site24*7).
  • Document solutions and share best practices.

What Were Looking For

  • 34 years in tech support/customer service (US/UK client handling preferred).
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, IT tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Quick learner with a customer-first approach.
  • ITIL certification (preferred, not mandatory).
