About the Role:

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth and evolution of our product portfolio. You will take full ownership of the product strategy for a designated Pod, with a clear focus on identifying, scoping, and launching new products and features that fuel user acquisition, retention, and overall product growth. Your core mission will be to accelerate product adoption and ensure the product delivers strong business outcomes, while aligning with our broader growth objectives.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive the product growth strategy: Define a clear roadmap focused on expanding user engagement, retention, and driving revenue growth through high-impact product features and innovations.- Prioritize for growth: Identify high-leverage product enhancements and new opportunities that directly contribute to growing the user base, increasing lifetime value, and improving product stickiness.- Collaborate cross-functionally for successful product launches: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution, on-time delivery, and product adoption, while optimizing for a superior user experience.- Leverage data to fuel growth: Analyze key product metrics and customer feedback to make informed decisions. Use data-driven insights to fine-tune product features, optimize the user journey, and identify areas for growth.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to uncover new growth opportunities and enhance the product offering.- Focus on continuous growth and iteration: Manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through to launch and beyond, ensuring consistent optimization and scaling of the product to meet the evolving needs of the business and its customers.

Required Experience:

- Educational background: an MBA from a tier-1 college- Experience: 1-3 years (early career) or 5-7 years (mid-level) of experience in Consumer Tech companies, with a proven track record of driving product growth and innovation.- Strong analytical skills: Experience using data to inform product decisions, track performance, and drive growth.- Collaborative mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with teams across engineering, design, marketing, and business functions to influence and drive outcomes.- Growth-oriented mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a clear bias for action and a relentless focus on scaling products and driving measurable growth.
