Job Role:

As a
SEO Manager
, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive high-quality organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and boost lead generation for Tagbox's SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with content, product, and growth teams to ensure our website and digital assets are optimized for visibility, performance, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies tailored for SaaS growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, schema, etc.).
  • Drive technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, page speed optimization, mobile performance, and crawlability improvements.
  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to create SEO-focused content strategies that target relevant buyer personas.
  • Build and execute link-building campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Stay up to date with algorithm updates, SEO trends, and SaaS-specific growth tactics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital properties.
  • Own KPIs for organic growth including traffic, lead generation, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven SEO experience, along with team leading experience preferably within SaaS or B2B domains.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
