At Mindera, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable and high-performance applications. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement software solutions using the Microsoft .NET technology stackCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specificationsParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainabilityContribute to the architectural decisions and technical designs of the software solutionsIdentify and resolve software defects and performance issuesMentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standardsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem

You will need to have

8+ years of professional experience in software developmentStrong proficiency in C# and the .NET frameworkExperience with

MVC, Web API, and Entity FrameworkExperience with front-end development technologies such as JavaScript and ReactExperience with SQL databases (, SQL Server, Oracle)Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit testsProficient understanding of code versioning tools {such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient codeExperience in technically leading an Agile team will come handyExcellent experience in working in Agile teams that follow Agile principles and has a good knowledge of Agile. The Engineer should have an appreciation of Agile principles that goes beyond knowing what it is.Quality is the core of the Engineering and the Engineering team is expected to focus on quality as much as development since our work environment is working in Shift-Left mode of development practice (where Quality assurance is not a phase but is part of the development process right from the inception of requirement). An experience of having led teams that have adopted Shift left methodology of development would come handy.
