Job Description:We are on the hunt for a standout Full Stack Developer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a rapidly evolving environment and who isn’t to take on challenging tasks and accelerated deadlines. A creative spirit with an exceptional knack for technology.

You will have the responsibility of developing state-of-the-art web and mobile applications, engaging with industry leaders across multiple fields, and shaping the technological framework of our business.We want someone to lead this vertical and we are willing to build a team around the right candidate. Responsibilities:·

Design, build, and maintain web and mobile applications from the conception phase to the launch phase.·

Work with the leadership to provide expertise aiding decision making relating to the tech end of projects/new ventures·

Design and oversee the entire system architecture and devops, ensuring the most efficient, professional, clean, and modern looking software that is on par with leaders in the space.·

Be versatile across various platforms and technologies, without being limited to a specific language or framework.·

Develop an intuitive and adaptable UI for our consumer-facing applications.·

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize product performance.·

Understand and address customer needs by translating them into product features.·

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.·

Make strategic decisions related to tech-stack and product development.·

Ability lead and manage a full-fledged dev/tech team is a plus

Requirements:·

Proven experience as a full stack developer or similar·

Experience in designing and developing web and mobile applications.·

Experience in designing entire system architecture.·

A keen eye for visual design and utility.·

Expertise in multiple front-end languages, back-end languages, frameworks, and libraries.·

Experience with database and system design.·

A comprehensive understanding of software development life-cycle (SDLC) processes.·

Tech-agnostic with the ability to learn new technologies swiftly and effectively.·

Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach.·

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Formal education or work experience is not a strict requirement, but a strong portfolio of past work demonstrating your abilities will especially help your chances.
