What you’ll be working on:
We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead and oversee our team of Tele Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, ensure team productivity, and cultivate a supportive, high-achieving work environment. In this role, you will set strategic goals, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure that the team delivers exceptional client service while consistently achieving sales and service targets. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a solid background in tele sales, Preferable knowledge in Real Estate or Property Management.
- Lead and oversee a team of call centre representatives specializing in property, financial products.- Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to staff to enhance their performance, service delivery, and productivity.- Monitor, guide, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Conduct performance evaluations, set individual targets, and implement corrective actions as required.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery, improve client retention, and ensure client satisfaction.- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, client retention rate to assess call centre effectiveness.- Handle escalated client inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of client relations.- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, share insights, and identify areas for improvement across the organization.- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and regulatory guidelines.- Regularly review and refine sales scripts, incorporating best practices to maximize outcomes.- Monitor team calls to ensure quality standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement.- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service offerings.- Utilize call centre technology and software to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and data analysis capabilities.- Implement tools and technologies to support representatives and enhance the client experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a call centre or tele sales environment, with at least 2-3 years as a Call Centre Manager or similar leadership role.- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire a team.- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and implement relevant strategies.- A solution-oriented approach with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.- Familiarity with customer service best practices, and industry trends.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.- Knowledge in Real Estate or Property Management will be an added advantage.
