Responsibilities:- Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related IFRS or GAAP and GAAS issues- Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM audit approach, methodology and tools- Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.- Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues; discuss with engagement teams to solve issues that arise.- Researching technical accounting issues- Developing industry expertise- Preparing audit reports, and management letters- Exercising professional skepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements- Ensuring that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm- Working collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals- Provide supervision and development training for associates- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients- Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverables- Ensuring professional development through ongoing education- Participating in a range of projects and open to collaborate and work with multiple teams; demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work.Required Qualifications:- Qualified Chartered Accountant- 2-4 years of relevant experience working in TMT Industries- Strong technical skills in accounting including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS- Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and Power Point- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients and the United States based engagement teams
