Title: Senior Category Manager (Agency)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Cleartrip B2B's Travel Agency business, identifying new avenues for revenue growth and market expansion.- Implement revenue management practices to optimize pricing and inventory utilization, maximizing revenue and profitability.- Provide marketing suggestions to enhance visibility and attract new agents- Conduct competition benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to align efforts and drive execution of business initiatives.- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including travel agencies, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Mentor the sales and supply teams, driving performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.- 5-8 years of experience in category management, business development, or sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing teams.- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management, pricing strategies, and market analysis.- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve objectives.- Innovative mindset with a passion for driving growth and disruption in the travel category.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
