We primarily deliver large-scale website design and build projects, combining our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to help clients including Google, TikTok, eBay, ASOS, Zoopla, Twitch, Patagonia and many, many more.

We are currently in the process of creating a new International Delivery Centre in India, focussed on delivering award winning work for a range of global clients. We are looking for a number of experts who can help set the standard in the new centre whilst starting to work on a range of exciting digital projects. The role will require some shift working to accommodate working with our global teams.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Test Analyst (Manual) to join the Mumbai team. You will work collaboratively with developers and project managers to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Test Analyst you will implement the test approach per project to ensure it’s in line with the project's test strategy, which as a Senior member you will help define. You will also review and analyze requirement documents, ensuring business and technical requirements are fully understood as well as being responsible for producing and executing test scripts for CMS and web applications, user acceptance and regression testing.

The primary aim of this role is to conduct quality testing on projects and issues to agreed processes and timescales across a range of mobile, tablet and desktop platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are tested within project deadlines, and create and manage documentation of test results for each project. You will report defects accurately and manage through to successful resolution, as well as reporting progress of workload communication effectively and escalate where appropriate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Test Planning: Developing detailed test plans for each project phase. Device Testing: Conducting tests across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. Requirement Analysis: Reviewing and understanding business and technical requirements. Test Script Creation: Writing and executing test scripts for CMS, web applications, and regression testing. Quality Assurance: Ensuring project quality standards meet client expectations. Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to resolution. Test Reporting: Managing and documenting test results and progress. Communication: Clearly reporting testing progress and escalating issues as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An excellent understanding of the spoken and written English language. Proven track record of working effectively with global teams, understanding cultural nuances and communication styles. Solid experience in Agile methodologies, with the ability to foster an environment of continuous improvement and adaptability. Exceptional decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management, anticipating challenges and addressing them efficiently. Experience working in one or more of these technologies and industries: Salesforce, Drupal, SPA / PWA, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CMS. Flexibility to work in US Central and Eastern time zones.
