Come, join the pack Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Executive – QA & QC with strong experience in cosmetic manufacturing and a deep understanding of GMP and ISO standards. This position will play a key role in ensuring quality assurance and control for our products manufactured at third-party sites, particularly in the North region. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, audit-ready, and capable of managing multiple 3 P operations efficiently. This position is based out of Mumbai and requires frequent travel to 3 P manufacturing sites. Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Control Operations Oversee daily QA & QC activities at the cosmetic manufacturing plant. Ensure adherence to ISO 22716:2007 (GMP) guidelines across all production stages. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 , ISO 22716 , and WHO GMP standards. Perform FG (Finished Goods) audits for products manufactured at 3 P sites. Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues at third-party manufacturing locations. New Product Development (NPD) Coordination Coordinate with 3 P teams for line trials, transit trials, and process validations for new product launches. Ensure proper documentation and process controls are in place before NPD commercialization. QMS Implementation & Compliance Lead implementation and monitoring of QMS (Quality Management System) across all North region 3 P sites. Review and maintain documentation from RM/PM (Raw Material/Packaging Material) receipt to FG dispatch . Ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation post audits and deviations. Audits & Documentation Prepare for and actively participate in internal and external audits. Maintain all QA/QC records in line with regulatory and company standards. Provide training to 3 P site QA teams as and when required. Qualifications: Education : M. Sc / B. Sc / (IIP or SIES institute preferred) Experience : 4 to 8 years in a cosmetic products manufacturing plant Proven knowledge and application of ISO 22716 , ISO 9001 , and WHO GMP . Hands-on experience with QA/QC operations in a cosmetic or personal care manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes from RM/PM to FG. Excellent analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and 3 P vendors. Willingness to travel frequently to various 3 P manufacturing sites.
