Position overviewWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Founders’ Associate. You will be directly working with the founders and various functional heads on two fronts. First, driving company-wide rhythm on the cross-functional operations across the projects we are developing and the services we offer. Second, driving other founders’ office projects fairly independently to serve the longer-term arc of the company. You will have a 360-degree view of the workings of the company.The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the day-to-day operations of the company while taking up a wider role of supporting the founders in various aspects of building Thryve.Earth. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting, venture capital, or startups, with a strong strategic mindset, but most importantly, exceptional problem-solving and execution skills.

ResponsibilitiesThe following are some of the core pieces of work that the Founders’ Associate will take up. However, the efforts could spike on some elements and dip on others based on what the critical priorities for the company at any given point in time are. Capacity across various functions will be added in the organization as the company grows, and hence the scope will remain dynamic. To reiterate, the successful candidate can navigate the dynamic nature of this role.

1.Fundraising:Coordinate fundraising outreach, including scheduling, follow-ups, and tracking progress to ensure consistent engagement and effective communication with investors over the next six to nine months.Assist founders in preparing materials (pitch decks, summaries, financial models) and conducting research on potential investors aligned with Thryve.Earth’s mission.Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the founders.

2.Strategic Planning and Execution:Collaborate closely with the founders to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives and long-term vision.Provide strategic insights to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the performance of existing initiatives and support decision-making on new investments and business opportunities.Work closely with the finance team to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

3.Business Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day operations and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Develop and codify operational workflows, establishing routines and review cadences to support evolving business needs.Build, Manage, and Report MIS for the company, coordinating with team members.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, or strategic planning roles.Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
