Our expertise extends to B.O.Q preparation, bar chart creation, cost analysis, manpower management, MIS, cash flow management, planning and scheduling, progress reporting, and RERA compliance. Under the leadership of our Managing Partner, Mr. Shital Shah, a qualified Chartered Engineer and Government-approved Valuer, we provide top-tier coordination and third-party supervision for construction and interior projects.


Responsibilities:


* Project Support: Assist senior engineers in coordinating various project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

* Site Progress Reporting: Compile and prepare detailed reports on site progress, identifying key milestones and any potential issues.

* Quantity and Estimation: Perform accurate quantity estimations, including the preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).

* Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to on-site teams and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

* Data Management: Maintain organized records of project data and documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

* B.O.Q Support: Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities and conduct preliminary cost analyses to support project budgeting.


Requirements:


* Construction Knowledge: Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quantitative techniques.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

* Reporting: Ability to prepare detailed and accurate site progress reports.

* Quantity and Estimation: Basic experience in quantity estimation, including Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).

* Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.


Qualifications:


* Relevant experience in a junior engineering role within the construction industry.
