AVANI ASSOCIATES, an esteemed Architecture Firm based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a dynamic and talented Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial developments, contributing to the creation of innovative and sustainable designs.

**Responsibilities**:
Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects to develop conceptual designs and translate them into detailed drawings and presentations.

Documentation: Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and other documentation required for project development and construction.

Research: Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and building regulations to ensure compliance and integration of the latest industry standards.

Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate design efforts, manage deadlines, and ensure project milestones are met.

Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure design intent is being implemented accurately.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver comprehensive design solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

Strong design sensibility with the ability to develop creative and functional architectural solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is desirable.

Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is a plus.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:
