About the Role: We are seeking a highly strategic and motivated Product Manager to join our S/4HANA Finance & Risk Product Management team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of the overall product vision and strategy for the S/4HANA Financials product portfolio. Your mission will be to drive cross-functional projects, support portfolio planning, prepare strategic management sessions, and facilitate seamless execution across the entire product lifecycle. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Support:  Assist in defining and driving the product strategy and roadmaps for the S/4HANA Financials portfolio. Support the alignment of product direction with market needs and customer insights. Cross-Functional Project Management:  Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that span multiple functional domains within S/4HANA Financials. Facilitate collaboration between Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Portfolio Planning:  Contribute to portfolio planning efforts, ensuring that product initiatives align with strategic objectives and market trends. Strategic Management Sessions:  Prepare and facilitate strategic management sessions, workshops, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. Market Intelligence:  Collaborate with the product management team to gather and analyze market intelligence, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Stakeholder Management:  Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring clear communication on product strategies and roadmapsbalancing customer needs, technical constraints and business objectives Process Improvement:  Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer value. Regional Empowerment:  Equip regional representatives with the necessary tools, training materials, and resources to effectively roll out enhancements and new features. Required Experience & Skills Proven experience (12+ years) in product management, strategic planning, or a related role, preferably within the enterprise software or finance domain. Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP ERP cloud systems. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science engineering or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Fluency in English.
