This position aims to leverage these networks and brand visibility to enhance Suhub's recruitment capabilities, ultimately facilitating the connection of top-tier Indian local & international nursing professionals with leading healthcare organizations in the Gulf.


These objectives will be realized through two primary strategies:


1. Partnerships Development & Network Expansion

2. Brand Visibility & Community Engagement



Partnerships Development & Network Expansion:


The primary objective of partnership development & network expansion is to establish an efficient referral system & infrastructure enabling the prompt sourcing & acquisition of top-tier local & international Indian professionals effectively.


Through partnership development & network expansion, our main targets are:


1. Nursing Associations & Bodies:


Our strategy targets engagement with both local and international nursing associations, encompassing general healthcare bodies and specialized groups. This includes local associations for broad professional representation and specialized societies for niche expertise, as well as international groups of professionals from our target geography. Preferred to approach nursing associations via introductions or referrals rather than cold messaging.


2. Well-networked Healthcare Professionals:


We're focusing on connecting with key individuals recognized as community leaders, conference influencers, association executives, online community influencers, or specialized medical reps.


3. Online Communities Admins:


Targeting extensive & highly interactive online group admins across Whatsapp, Facebook & Telegram, spanning various healthcare fields, specialties, geographic locations, or interests.


4. Conferences & Industry Related Events:


Our aim is to actively participate in industry conferences & related events to broaden our network, enhancing our outreach and engagement within the healthcare community.



Brand Visibility & Community Engagement:


The core objective of brand visibility & community engagement is to establish a strong and valuable brand, in addition to extending its reach both within the local and international Indian nursing communities. This involves strategic efforts to enhance recognition and engagement, ensuring Suhub becomes a leader and trusted name in healthcare recruitment (in collaboration & support of Suhub marketing team).


These objectives will be realized through two primary strategies:


1. Webinars/Podcast Series:


Organizing & hosting webinars or podcasts featuring respected & leading Indian professionals in their fields to discuss field-specific topics, success story journey, or career progression. (The webinars/podcasts can also be done in collaboration with nursing associations)


2. Social Media Healthcare Influencers:


Focusing on social media Indian influencers within the healthcare sector who command attention and engage actively with an audience that matches our desired demographic (excluding students and general public) to spread awareness and boost Suhub’s visibility.
