About the job:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Information technology or related field or

equivalent experience

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in either an HR function providing

technical support or a technical function providing support to HR.

• Report development experience using SQL, XML/XSLT, Microsoft Access, or other

query tools.

• Demonstrated experience in extracting and manipulating system data from

large databases.

• Experience in working on technical project implementation teams, preferably

experience in leading a team.

• PMP certification is desirable but not required.

• Experience in large scale global life cycle HRIS implementations, including the

deployment of employee and manager self-service

• Having a hands-on experience in Workday HCM, (workday studio, reports,

integrations)

• Possesses professional writing, presentation skills and project management skills

• Possesses negotiation skills

• Must exhibit professional maturity.

• Customer Service Focus and Orientation.

• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated ability to learn challenging new technologies.

• Prior programming or XML/XSLT transformation is desirable but not required.

• Orientation toward always wanting to find a better ways to increase efficiency

and increase customer service.

• Proficiency with desktop software including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and

Word.

• Knowledge of the Human Resources function.

• Demonstrated skill in process improvement and project implementation.

• Ability to prioritize work and complete multiple, concurrent projects with

numerous individual tasks.
