1.       Corporate Travel management : We have a dedicated team to assist our corporate clients, and are offering specific assistance as per their requirements.
2.       B2B Hotel & Holiday bookings for Travel Agents : We are offering Hotel booking services to other Travel agents for their B2C & Corporate clients.
3.       B2B services for MICE & other Event Companies : We are offering complete Flight, Land Transport & Hotel booking services to most of the major event management companies for their MICE, Weddings & other events.
Job Responsibilities
Fully responsible for all accounting functions including preparation financial statements, reports and bank Reconciliations for the Management.
Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of total business results.
Prepare and adjust entries and trial balance, account and bank reconciliation and financial statement.
Prepare various schedule and analysis of significant account balances.
Prepare bank reconciliation and TDS working details every month.
Prepare salary sheet on the basis of daily attendance and other miscellaneous expenses.
Prepare GST working details on monthly basis and reconcile with the GST portal.
Managing & Filling all TDS & GST compliances in time.
Coordinate with banks and other outside service providers of the company.
Manage all the book keeping records in a proper manner, such as fixed assets, daily supplier and contactors payments and reimbursement by cash or Bank.
Confer and coordinate for audits with the internal and external auditors.
Conduct various audit i.e. Interim Audit and Statutory audit procedure such as receivables and payables confirmation and collect all the require documents for auditors to complete the audit.
Negotiate with suppliers and contractors regarding terms and prices.
Working Days:
6 Days in a week
Salary: as per Market Standards
Work Mode: Work From office
Eligibility criteria : Only candidates with accounting experience would be considered.
