
Sales Manager

- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to stay competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals effectively.
- Conduct site inspections, presentations, and client meetings to showcase hotel offerings.
- Drive sales across all hotel segments, including rooms, banquet services, and other revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and achievements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive awareness and bookings.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services for booked clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with event planning teams to secure and manage events at the hotel.
- Assist clients in customizing event packages and ensuring high service standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹75, ₹80,000.00 per month
