Position: Senior General Manager / General Manager Accounts & Finance

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting & Financial Reporting:

  2. Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for the company and its subsidiaries in line with IND-AS and other applicable financial standards.

  3. Cost Efficiency:

  4. Drive cost optimization and margin improvement strategies for the Real Estate and Hospitality business units.

  5. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

  6. Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.

  7. Audit Management:

  8. Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits with clean reporting and minimal observations.

  9. Internal Controls & Risk Management:

  10. Establish, monitor, and enhance internal control systems and risk mitigation measures.

  11. ERP & MIS Systems:

  12. Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP and other financial systems.

  13. Ensure timely preparation and analysis of MIS reports for management decision-making.

  14. Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

  15. Monitor daily cash flows, working capital requirements, and fund utilization; manage banking relationships.

  16. Budgeting & Forecasting:

  17. Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in alignment with business goals.

  18. Strategic Financial Planning:

  19. Support top management in long-term financial planning, project evaluation, and investment decisions.

  20. Team Leadership:

  21. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team to ensure high performance and compliance.

  22. Stakeholder Management:

  23. Liaise with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders including banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

  24. Listed Company Compliance:

  25. Experience in handling compliances related to SEBI, stock exchanges, and investor reporting (preferred).
