What you can Expect:Build fun and engaging Learning Games & Courses.Well-versed with tools like
Game-based Learning & Creative Question DesignBuild and maintain partnerships with stakeholders around the worldDevelop simulation courses using Storyline and SCORM packages on LMS and create curriculums, design documents & storyboards for WBLs, ILTs and Webinars
Job Description:1. Create and maintain strong content that fulfils company standards and customer goals.2. Identify customers’ needs and analyse current content to make improvements as necessary.3. Create content for web pages.4. Create content for Marketing & Promotional Videos / Teasers.5. Review and refine content already in place.6. Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams.7. Work closely with the web, design, and video team to develop high-impact deliverables.8. Incorporate stakeholder feedback into overall production and continuously improve.9. Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high-volume content is delivered on time.10. Work on multiple projects of different delivery types.
Minimum Requirements:1. A Bachelors’ Degree2. Excellent writing and editing skills (English) for a Global audience3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills4. Desire to work in a fast-paced global environment5. Research & Detail Oriented6. Ability to transform complex, technical content into engaging and easily understandable information7. Have idea on latest trends in Instructional Design
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements1. A degree in Psychology, English, Education, or any other relevant subjects2. 2-5 Years of experience as a Content Writer, Instructional Designer or similar role.3. Impeccable writing and editing skills (English) for a Global audience4. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams and deliver on deadlines5. A portfolio of published content in varying domains6. Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and Figma
Skillset
:Storyboarding, Instructional design, Stakeholder Management, and Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
