Position Title: Senior Associate Engineer (Grade 2) 

Department: AIOps/Engineering 

Location: Gurugram

 

  

Job Summary:  

 

As a Grade 2 Senior Associate Engineer working on AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) projects, you will support the design, implementation, and management of automated IT processes. Your primary focus will be on, deploying, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving operational efficiency through automation and data analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, LINUX, automation frameworks, and IT Helpdesk technologies. 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  • Assist in the Deployment and Configuration of AIOps solutions for automating IT operations. 

 

  • Monitor IT systems and automate incident detection and resolution processes. 

 

  • Develop scripts and tools to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual interventions. 

 

  • Support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AIOps platforms. 

 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT teams. 

 

  • Document technical processes and procedures for knowledge sharing. 

 

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:  

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 
  •  1-2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or related fields. 
  •  Knowledge of AIOps platforms (e.g., Nagios, Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace). 
  •  Good Knowledge of LINUX and understanding of DevOps.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages. 
  •  Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and automation tools. 
  •  Basic understanding of automation and their application in IT operations.
