We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager who can take ownership of client projects and deliver them on time with excellence. This is an on-site role for an immediate joiner, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can coordinate between clients and creative teams effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication – Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth and timely updates.
  • Project Planning – Create timelines, allocate resources, and set deliverables for multiple projects at once.
  • Team Coordination – Work closely with design, content, SEO, social media, and outreach teams to keep projects on track.
  • Monitoring & Reporting – Track progress, budgets, and KPIs; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Problem-Solving – Anticipate challenges, manage changes, and ensure quality standards are met before delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience in a digital marketing agency or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO, content creation, and marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Available to join immediately and work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling international clients.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
