Position:Executive - Digital Content Operations GECPurpose:This position is responsible for timely entering of content metadata into the CMS system.Education:Diploma or Graduate (in Broadcast or Media)Experience:2-3 yearsLocation:FlexibleReporting Relationship:Lead - Meta Data operationsBusiness/Channel/Function:Broadcast Operations and Network EngineeringKey Responsibilities:·Metadata OperationsoPassion & dedication towards completing responsibilities with ownership.oEntering the complete meta data details for a better user experience.oHigh level of accuracy of all the data fields to create a database for future mapping.oFollowing processes / workflows ensuring accuracy.oWorking closely with the business, product, edit, graphics and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.oPerforming QC to ensure all published content is accurately available on the respective platforms.oWriting creative Synopsis of the content and providing attractive/catchy title enticing user watch the content.oProjects on bulk changes in the meta fields as per the stakeholders requirements.oProviding meta tags for BAU in addition to projects and Originals.oNetworking with the product & tech team, understanding new features released in CMS, implementing them in daily operations.oTypically 48 hours a week with an occasional availability and extending working hours when required based on requirements.Critical Competencies:·BehaviouraloAccountabilityoEye For DetailoPassion And DedicationoFocus On Process Efficiencies And Foresight.·TechnicaloFluent in EnglishoBasic computer knowledgeoBasic understanding to use AI toolsoWorking with cloud platform such as AWS, googleoUnderstanding Meta tagging / hash tagging and its effects on video hits.
