**Overview**:
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms to attract and retain audiences. This role requires a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in multimedia content creation tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Production: Generate original and creative content ideas aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience. This includes written articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, social media posts, and more.

**Content Planning**: Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent stream of content across all platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing campaigns.

**Content Creation**: Produce multimedia content using a variety of tools and software, including graphic design software, video editing software, audio editing software, and content management systems. Ensure that all content is visually appealing, engaging, and optimized for SEO.

**Audience Engagement**: Monitor audience engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers to maintain a positive and interactive community.

**Platform Management**: Manage and maintain the brand's presence on various platforms, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media channels, and video-sharing platforms. Stay up-to-date with platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members, including designers, writers, videographers, and marketers, to brainstorm ideas, coordinate content production, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content across different platforms. Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing or media environment.

Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and grammar.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with content management systems like Shopify, WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

Understanding of copyright and intellectual property laws related to content creation and distribution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
