About the Role

As a Windows Administrator, you will manage, oversee, and maintain our Windows environments hosted on cloud infrastructure. You'll lead deployments, implement automation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance while driving operational excellence in a highly dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows servers in cloud environments (Azure IaaS).
  • Manage OS deployments, server builds, and system hardening.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for Windows servers, networking, and integrations.
  • Administer Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), DNS, and other Windows-based services.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions using Azure Backup and Recovery.
  • Perform patch management, updates, and upgrades with minimal downtime.
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Ansible, or Terraform.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and identity management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, operations, application, security, vendors).

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience implementing, managing, and supporting Windows Server technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Azure AD – Entra ID, and Azure environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
