Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, system troubleshooting, and managing enterprise-level IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022) and related infrastructure.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File/Print Servers.
  • Perform system monitoring, patch management, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Handle user and access management, permissions, and security configurations.
  • Implement and manage backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with other IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Windows Server Administration.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Clustering.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Good understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Knowledge of patching tools like WSUS/SCCM is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) preferred.
