Role Overview

We are seeking a Career Success Coach who is passionate about empowering learners to define and achieve their academic and career goals. This role is instrumental in ensuring program completion, retention, and holistic student success through continuous engagement, self-discovery coaching, and strategic guidance.

Career Success Coach, will act as the primary touchpoint for learners. A Career success coach acts as a career accelerator helping learners decode AI careers, unlock their potential, build a career roadmap, and help learner craft an AI-skilled portfolio that opens doors to top internships or high-growth job opportunities in global, AI-driven organizations. Coach help learners navigate challenges and be the learner's accountability partner

Key Responsibilities

Academic Support & Accountability

  • Nudge and motivate learners to complete weekly module assignments on time.
  • Track student progress and intervene when delays occur by helping them replan schedules.
  • Identify learners at risk of falling behind and provide personalized action plans.

Career Coaching & Personal Development

  • AI Career discussions and goal-setting sessions, create action plans to align academic progress with career aspirations.
  • Guide learners in self-awareness exercises to understand their strengths, focus areas, and learning styles.
  • Help learners overcome challenges such as time management, self-discipline, and motivation.

Human Skills Facilitation

  • Guide learners in developing essential human skills such as communication, Productivity, and problem-solving.
  • Facilitate live Q&A sessions, discussions on interactive platforms, and grading assignments.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with instructors, academic teams, and career services to align student goals with learning outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for learners, addressing concerns related to coursework, personal development, and career planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years in career coaching, career counselling preferably from edtech roles.
  • Certified Career Coaches with proven past experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with coaching methodologies, human skills training, and student retention strategies.
  • Strong ability to motivate, encourage, and guide learners towards their Academic and career goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage learners effectively.
