Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share in the apparel and textile industry.
Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate employees at all levels of the organization.
Identify new market opportunities and oversee the development of innovative products and services to meet customer demands.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
Operations Excellence:
Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.
Implement best practices in production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Champion initiatives to improve sustainability and reduce the environmental impact of production processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee empowerment to drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
Represent the company in negotiations, contract discussions, and strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance competitiveness.
Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values, vision, and commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Financial Management:
Take full accountability for the company's financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
Implement effective financial controls and risk management practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard company assets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
Talent Development:
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team capable of achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
Minimum of 10 - 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the apparel/textile industry, with a strong background in production and operations management.
Proven track record of driving business growth, increasing profitability, and leading organizational change initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and empower others to achieve common goals.
Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and manage budgets effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
International experience or exposure to global markets would be advantageous.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Bengali or other languages spoken in Bangladesh is desirable.
