Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Car Sales Specialist will be responsible for consulting with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves promoting automotive sales, retaining customers, and ensuring a high standard of customer service through all stages of the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
