Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager Medical Data Analysis to lead and manage end-to-end operations of medical record review projects. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders, strategic planning, client engagement, and performance optimization to drive scalable and compliant operations. The ideal candidate combines domain expertise with strong leadership, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Data Analysts.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, address challenges, and ensure productivity.
- Identify skill gaps and facilitate targeted training programs.
Project Planning & Initiation
- Develop detailed project charters, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Define deliverables and milestones aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and lead project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Oversee daily project workflows ensuring timely and quality-driven output.
- Coordinate across functional teams to meet specifications and compliance standards.
- Manage client expectations and deliverables to contractual obligations.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain smooth delivery.
Workload & Process Management
- Assign tasks based on skill and bandwidth using tracking tools or PM platforms.
- Monitor workloads, adjust task allocation, and drive efficiency.
- Maintain structured project tracking and documentation.
Process & Quality Improvement
- Analyze delivery patterns to implement process improvements.
- Standardize analysis and reporting using templates and best practices.
- Set up and manage peer review systems to ensure output quality.
- Lead internal process audits and integrate findings into workflows.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as TAT, quality scores, and resource utilization.
- Submit detailed weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Set performance benchmarks and conduct appraisals with developmental feedback.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central communication link between clients, analysts, and leadership.
- Conduct client review calls and ensure smooth feedback integration.
- Work collaboratively with QA, IT, Sales, and other departments for project success.
- Provide functional feedback to enhance tool usability and productivity.
Risk & Change Management
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to delivery, scope, or quality.
- Implement structured change management for project scope variations.
- Ensure stability and continuity during organizational or procedural transitions.
Knowledge & Documentation Management
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training documents, templates, and best practice playbooks.
- Promote cross-team learning and facilitate continuous process improvement workshops.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field preferred or Any Degree.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in the US healthcare outsourcing industry, including at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale teams and complex medical review projects or relevant projects.
