Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals. Drive cost-control initiatives and efficiency improvements across the organisation. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Director should have: CA with 15-18 years of post-qualification Extensive experience in financial management within clothing sector. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
