Position: Sr Manager/ Manager- Operational ExcellenceExperience: 5+ years in Parenteral companyQualification: Masters in Life Science/EngineeringPMP and Six Sigma (Green/Black belt) certifiedEssential Skills: MIS Reporting, Operational Excellence KPI Management, Data analysis and collation.
Key Responsibilities:Management Information System (MIS):Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational dashboards and KPI tracking.Optimize and automate reporting processes.Operational Excellence:Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Monitor and improve KPIsProject Management:Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.Develop and execute project plans, including risk management and resource allocation.Ensure alignment of projects with strategic goals and organizational priorities.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate reporting through MIS to support decision-making.Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost through operational excellence initiatives.Successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, achieving intended business objectives.Manage MIS systems to ensure reliable data collection, reporting, and analysis.Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.Plan, execute, and monitor projects, managing resources and mitigating risks effectively.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational and project goals.Train and mentor teams on continuous improvement practices and project management skills.
Candidate Requirement:Experience in MIS, Operational Excellence and Project ManagementA Master's degree (e.g., MBA or MS). Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) & PMP (Project Management Professional) will be preferred.
Competencies:Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and MIS tools.Strong KPI tracking and process optimization skills.Advanced problem-solving and data interpretation capabilities.Team management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.Adaptability, collaboration, and a result-driven mindset.Clear, concise reporting and effective presentation skills.
