CAVITAK with its 400+ member strong team (referred to as Cavs ) are engaged in below Business Verticals: Retail Distribution - Mobile & Consumer Goods Value-Added Tech Distribution - Audio & Video, Fire, Security, Automation, Network & Power Solutions and Fundamental Resource Management & AI Global Commerce - Launchpad for global and Indian brands on e-commerce platforms As a Logistics & Billing Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order dispatches, accurate billing, and efficient coordination across teams — keeping our operations running seamlessly every day. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate Dispatches and Deliveries with logistics partners and internal teams. Prepare and process Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, and Credit/Debit Notes . Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Maintain accurate Records of Inward and Outward Goods , stock movements, and transport documentation. Support the Accounts Team with billing queries, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company Billing, Taxation (GST), and Logistics Policies . What We’re Looking For: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field . 2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, billing, or operations (preferably in trading or distribution). Working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel . Good understanding of GST invoicing and transport documentation . Location : Bengaluru
