Role Description
We are hiring a Senior Academic Counselor (Sales Role) for a full-time, on-site position in Chennai.
This is a student-facing sales role where the counselor will be responsible for:
- Guiding prospective students on course options and career pathways
- Driving admissions and enrollments through consultative sales
- Building trust and long-term relationships with students and parents
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets
- Providing academic and career counseling support during the admission process
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling & Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Sales / Admissions / Academic Counseling
- Background in the Education or EdTech industry preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a target-driven environment
