Art Direction Lead / Graphics Lead
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and solutions for a variety of projects including print collateral, digital campaigns, social media content, and branding materials.
• Create compelling visual designs that are aligned with our brand identity, and that communicate our message effectively to our target audience.
• Lead the creation of visual concepts and art direction for projects.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop original ideas and ensure a consistent visual style.
• Supervise and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and other creatives.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to enhance their work quality.
• Oversee the visual aspects of projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design projects, maintaining a deep understanding of the brand identity and guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, production, and development teams, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Conduct design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of visual output.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
• Extensive expertise in relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design projects, providing creative direction, and mentoring other designers.
• Excellent conceptualization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs
