Sr. Designer- (Art Direction)
We have an exciting role of Sr. Designer (Art Direction) to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.
Location: Bangalore/Coimbatore/Hyderabad/Chennai

You will be working closely with
Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high quality services.
• 5-7 years of experience in Design/ Advertising agency
• Experience in collaborating with copywriters to determine how to best represent the creative director's concept.
• Extremely proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Acrobat Pro.
• Experience in working with multidisciplinary creative teams that handle high-volume requests • Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A well-curated work portfolio.
• A high level of comfort in presenting work both internally and to stakeholders with style and confidence
• Be a team player – be able to coach and be coached
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests good verbal and written communication
• Should have experience working for variety brands/products or services across various industries.
This is an exciting role and would entail you to
• Fostering ideas to deliver on a range of smart, diverse and innovative ideas across an array of different client briefs.
• Constantly trying to get to an even better idea, you are not married to any media, but rather focus on bringing in the big ideas, the ones that will disrupt the Clients category. • Work in tandem with a Copywriter to help brainstorm as well as producers, strategists and the business department to bring forth thoughtful discussion around concepts and push boundaries on what’s possible.
• Work with peers to visually develop great campaign work
• Deliver work on agreed-upon deadlines
• Comfortable with presenting alongside and with the help of other teammates
• As an Art Director, you are responsible for helping the team meet internal and external deadlines on all projects.
• For a pitch, as a team player, contribute to projects that may or may not have been altered, revised or developed by other designers.
• A positive attitude and a commitment of working with others to make you and those around you better
• Participation in team huddles, team wide initiatives, activities. Influence clients with the strong customer service
