Barista/All Rounder

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. You will play a key role in both the coffee section and the front-of-house service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve all coffee and espresso-based drinks to high quality standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders.
• Manage coffee bean inventory and ensure freshness.
• Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Stay updated with coffee trends and contribute to beverage innovation.

Service Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process transactions using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
• Answer customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café/hospitality environment (minimum (insert duration), preferred).
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
