Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Trainer based in Ernakulam. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to improve the skills and performance of our staff. This includes conducting training sessions, coaching team members, developing training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. The role requires daily interaction with staff, monitoring their progress, and providing ongoing support to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.

• Strong Communication skills and Customer Service expertise
• Experience in Coaching team members
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Empathetic and patient approach to training and mentoring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
