Job Title:Senior OracleePBCS Consultant

Experience:8-12 Years

Responsibilities:

OracleePBCS Administration:

·Lead the administration andconfiguration of Oracle ePBCS to support financial planning, budgeting, andforecasting processes.

·Manage user access, securitysettings, and system configurations to ensure compliance with organizational policiesand industry standards.

ReportingRequests:

·Collaborate with finance andbusiness stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them intoactionable deliverables within Oracle ePBCS.

·Develop and maintain a library ofstandardized reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to supportdecision-making processes.

DimensionCreations:

·Oversee the creation, modification,and management of dimensions within Oracle ePBCS to align with evolvingbusiness needs and structures.

·Implement best practices fordimension management to ensure data integrity and consistency across thesystem.

Reconciliationof Financials/MDM:

·Lead efforts to reconcile financialdata between Oracle ePBCS and other source financial systems, includingWorkday, Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.

·Develop and execute reconciliationprocedures to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

·Manage the integration of actualfinancial data from various sources into Oracle ePBCS, including closeprocesses and data feeds from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

·Ensure accuracy and completeness ofactuals data for reporting and analysis purposes.

ForecastBudget Readiness/Support/Testing:

·Collaborate with finance teams toprepare and validate forecast and budget models within Oracle ePBCS.

·Provide ongoing support and trainingto end-users on forecast and budgeting processes, including systemfunctionality and best practices.

·Conduct thorough testing of systemenhancements, patches, and upgrades to ensure compatibility and minimize disruptionto business operations.

OCIUpgrades:

·Coordinate and execute upgrades andmigrations of Oracle ePBCS instances hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI).

·Work closely with OCI administratorsand technical teams to plan, test, and implement upgrades with minimal downtimeand impact on users.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

·10-15 years of experience in OracleePBCS administration, implementation, and support.

·Strong understanding of financialplanning and budgeting processes, as well as GAAP/IFRS principles.

·Proficiency in Oracle CloudInfrastructure (OCI) and experience with OCI upgrades preferred.

·Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.

·Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

·Oracle certifications in ePBCS orrelated areas are a plus.
