International Sales Manager

About Us:SHARSID is a leading exporter of premium-quality Basmati Rice, proud to be part of the prestigious EURICOM Group. Our commitment to excellence and sustainable practices has positioned us as a trusted name in the global rice market. We are expanding our reach and seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team in India.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets for Basmati Rice.- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners in key international markets, preferably with experience in the GCC market.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with international clients to ensure profitable growth.- Manage and support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.- Collaborate with the production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums to promote SHARSID and expand the customer base.- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the Managing Director.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, specifically in the export of Basmati Rice.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets.- Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to travel internationally as required.
