About the Department

The Procurement GBS department is the offshoring unit of Global Procurement and part of Finance GBS Bangalore. The Digital team in Procurement GBS is responsible for managing end user support for our Global Procurement systems and other business intelligence activities. Located in Bangalore, India, our department is a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can make a real impact on our global operations.

The Position

As an Associate I at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Handle travel and expense auditing and related reporting. Support front office in assigned affiliates.
  • Audit travel and expense reports in the Concur system. Initiate and follow up with employees for any travel and expense policy infractions.
  • Maintain a high level of quality in all activities. Perform as a backup when team members are absent.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Update and follow up on issue lists. 
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree.
  • Good academic track record and grades.
  • 1-2 years of experience in travel and expense audit.
  • Experience working with travel and expense systems, preferably Concur Expense.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Flexibility, especially around month-end.
  • Thoroughness and responsibility.
  • Strong team-working skills.
