  • Agile/ScrumMethodologies : Deeplyunderstand and implement agile development processes participatingactively in scrum meetings sprint planning and retrospectives tocontinually innovate and improve processes with eachsprint.
  • ProjectManagement : Utilize toolslike JIRA to track project progress manage tasks and ensure timelydelivery of projectmilestones.
  • StakeholderCommunication : Serve as thekey liaison between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholdersensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals andrequirements.
  • DataAnalysis : Analyze data tosupport decisionmaking and provide actionable insights tostakeholders.
  • Innovation andProcess Improvement: Drive innovation byretrospectively reviewing processes and implementing improvementsto enhance efficiency and effectiveness with eachsprint.
